Old Town San Diego, California

9th September 2015

Whilst visiting San Diego this summer, we took a tour of the city, and found Old Town. We went exploring, and found Heritage County Park located adjacent to Old Town. It was developed to preserve examples of San Diego’s historic Victorian architecture as the houses were relocated from their original positions and placed on an eight acre piece of land. It showcases beautiful stylistic examples of Italiante, Stick-Eastlake, Queen Anne and Classic Revival architecture, and it was wonderful to compare and contrast the different styles in one place.
