This Licensed William Morris Eyebright design was first produced in 1883. Eyebright was originally designed by Morris as a lining fabric, of course, it's far too beautiful to be hidden in a lining! The fabric was printed using a technique called the Indio dye-method which Morris perfected at Merton Abbey Mills; a former textile factory in Merton, London that Morris owned.
The 100% cotton tablecloth is hemmed around the edge and is a perfect addition to your table, adding beautiful William Morris florals to your home.
