1. Acceptance of Terms.

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Site including casual browsers.

2. Contract Forming Process.
In placing an order on laurasbeau.co.uk by clicking on ‘confirm’ you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed in the order at the price stated in the order. Laura’s Beau Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline this offer. If the offer is accepted (and the contract concluded) you will either be sent an email to confirm that the goods have been despatched to your stated delivery address, or contacted by phone/email to arrange a delivery date for your goods. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed and edited at any time during the purchasing process by clicking on the basket icon on the top right hand side of the page. Prior to submission of your order any personal details – for instance billing address, credit card number – can be edited by returning to the checkout screen. If you wish to correct any input errors after submitting your order this can be done by emailing [email protected] with details of your name, order number, postcode and any changes required.

3. Availability.
We endeavour to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. In the event that you order an item which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. You can then decide whether to continue with your order, cancel your order (in which case we will refund any monies paid by you), or place an order for an alternative item.

4. Description.
Please note that all photographs and illustrations are representative only. All measurements are approximate.

5. Provision of information.
When you order any items from us you will need to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address and credit card details. We will use these details in accordance with our privacy policy. For details of our privacy policy please click here.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself whenever you order any items from us.

6. Pricing.
All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. Whenever we refer to the previous price of any item on the Site, that item will have been offered for general sale at that price for 28 consecutive days in the previous 6 months on this site.

7. Payment.
You may pay for your order in any of the following ways:
(a) online by using most major Credit and Debit cards.

8. Acceptance of delivery.
Items will be delivered by Royal Mail.Ownership of the items in your order will pass to you on delivery.

9. Right to cancel, Returns and Refunds.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery for all items. If you wish to cancel your order within this period please complete the Return Form which will be provided to you with your order. If you have lost your Return Form please email and we will be able to assist you. The postage costs will not be refunded.

In the event that you cancel an order before the items have been despatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within ten days to a maximum of 30 days of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order after the items have been despatched to you we will refund the value of the items to you within ten days of your having returned the items to us in an unused re-saleable condition.

Refunds will be made by way of a credit to your Credit card/Debit card account. If the returned item(s) are faulty and you have paid to return them we will refund the delivery cost.
Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
