Your order qualifies for free standard delivery
We hope you are happy with your items. If you would like to return items to us, we’re happy for you to do so within 28 days of purchase. items must be in unused and in their original packaging, in resalable condition. It’s the customers responsibility to return the item in adequate packaging. In the event that you cancel an order after the items have been despatched to you we will refund the value of the items to you within ten days of your having returned the items to us in an unused re-saleable condition.
You will receive an invoice with your parcel, on the back of which is a returns form. On this form, you must include your name, address and invoice order number.
Refunds will be made by way of a credit to your Credit card/Debit card account. If you return a faulty item, and you have paid to return them, we will refund the delivery cost. But unfortunately though we pay for postage, we do not pay for return postage.
Please check your shipping address is correct on every order as we will not be able to send you a replacement if your parcel is lost in the post due to an incomplete or inaccurate address.
Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
