Lily was first designed by Morris in 1874. The design itself was one of his personal favourites; proven by the fact he used it to decorate his bedroom at his home Kelmscott Manor. Like all of his design, the naturalistic influence is clear in Lily, a beautiful design it incorporates the willow background with lilies and wild flowers. The flowers in a repeating patterns include lilies, bluebells and daisies. The design incorporates the green small willow pattern onto a pale cream background.
A must for cooking and baking, you can wipe the apron clean to keep it looking fresh.
All of our products are both printed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, are licensed designs by William Morris, and are printed both size and colour-wise to our own specifications to best suit our products.
This Willow Bough pvc apron measures 75 cm (29 1/2") long and 52 cm (21 1/2") wide. The ties are cream cotton and each waist tie is 50.4 cm long.
As with all our products, our Lily pvc apron has been printed, pvc coated and manufactured in the United Kingdom. The pvc apron is wipe clean - so you can wipe it clean after any baking and cooking splashes! Complete the set: other items are available in Lily including tea towels, tablecloths and napkins.
