If you have been following our twitter and Instagram accounts, you will know that here at Laura’s Beau we are very excited for the upcoming Tour de France to ride through Harrogate!
We think the event is the perfect time to get your friends together for a Tour de France themed tea party! Along with a few of our French tablecloths, we have found some decorations to complete your themed event!
From our late 1800 early 1900 French Archive, our Ribbons and Roses fabric is perfect for a tea party- especially when paired with the matching placemats and napkins, which really complete the table and make it look sophisticated for your tea party.
These Pre- cut Tour de France edible cup cake decorations are perfect for your event, a simple decoration that is perfect for keeping the theme for your party.
Another design that would look lovely is our Charlotte Rose design. Also reproduced from our French Archive, this design looks wonderful with the cakes placed upon a cake stand, as you can see in the photo.
This bunting looks great in either the Tour de France yellow colour with a quirky Yorkshire twist, or alternative, a printed French flag looks great too! If the weather permits and you are able to have your celebration outside, this bunting would look wonderful hung around the garden.
Our final French tablecloth suggestion is in our Fleur fabric. With the white background and blue trailing flower design printed upon it, with the reverse coloration in the placemats this design looks wonderful on a table- inside or outside throughout the summer! The French inspiration here is clear, as well as our vision that this would look wonderful in a grand French country home.
