William Morris Lily 37mm Flat Bias Binding by the metre.
Morris first designed his Lily design in 1874. The design is usual of Morris in that he was heavily influenced with nature in all his designs. Lily is dominated by the wildflowers on the design including lillies, daisies and bluebells. These sit on a green willow background on a soft cream background.
Morris himself clearly loved the design as it is what he used to decorate his bedroom at his home Kelmscott Manor.

Measurements: the flat bias binding is 37mm wide, and the roll is 50m long

We can keep our fabric cheaper than competitors because we do print in the UK, reducing transport costs, and we are an online retail only, cutting out the flashy showrooms! When you purchase our products, you're buying them direct from the manufacturer and so we can dictate our own prices.

Gorgeous Willow Bough blue on the table paired with layers of beautiful @burleighpottery plates 🤍 Always a stunning design to have on the table, did you know it was first produced in 1887, his daughter May Morris wrote of the design, “We were walking one day by our little stream that runs into the Thames and my father pointed out the detail and soon after the paper was done.” We love the behind the design info, painting a beautiful picture of how he was so inspired by nature 🌿
