Strawberry Thief is another of our licensed William Morris design that was first produced in 1883. It marked a triumph for Morris as it was produced as he perfected the indigo-discharge technique of printing at Merton Abbey. We also have Strawberry Thief blue within our collection.
The design was inspired by William Morris’s observation of the thrushes under the strawberry nets at his home, Kelmscott Manor.
Our long handled zip top tote is a really great tote, not only can it be wiped clean, but it's zipped inner pocket keeps everything organised and safe. A fantastic everyday tote.
The bag is 34cm high, the top of the bag is 49cm wide. The stiffened base is 32cm long by 14.5cm wide and the bag has two long handles which measure 60.5cm. The bag has a zipped inner pocket which measures 22.5cm wide by 21cm deep.
The bag is 100% cotton which has been coated in a soft feel clear gloss polish pvc finish. The bag is wipe clean. The bag is printed, pvc coated and manufactured in the United Kingdom, just like all our products.
