I thought you may like to see some interior photographs of the RMS Queen Mary which I was lucky enough to stay on recently
This is a suite on A deck, the lovely 1930’s decor is just wonderful.
I just love the passport you receive containing your room key on check in.
The beautiful walls and heating unit, (note our William Morris Eyebright bag)
This suite was on A deck which is where the hotel guests arrive to the hotel lobby.
Below is our cabin, the wonderful Eisenhower Suite, situated on the main deck.
I could not believe how large it was!

Note the air conditioner 1930’s style in the top left of the photo!
The main bedroom was just charming, it was just next to one of the two bathrooms.
The original taps to fill the bath have hot and cold salt taps and buttons to summon the steward or stewardess.
I love historic original places and the RMS Queen Mary is delightful for the 1930’s decor.

Our William Morris florals Daisy and Willow Bough Green expertly modelled by Bertie during his weekend away to the beautiful @castle_howard - he enjoyed wearing a floral cravatte and bow tie pretending to be a Bridgerton (the bow tie did indeed end up being a bow on the top of his head after one too many sniffs 😂🎀)

Did you know that in Japan where our projects are sold, our tea towels are used not only for being functional but for decoration - we love that they’re framed, or laid on the table as a centrepiece to be admired or hung as a draped item to bring some nature indoors 🌿 we thought we’d do the same by using the tea towel as a centrepiece for a simple cup of tea and very delicious piece of cake! 🍰
