This licensed design was first produced in 1864 and was the first to be produced by Morris. The beautiful design is made up of repeating Daisy flowers with the suggestion of green grass in the background. A classic Morris design, Daisy is well loved among fans of his work.

The tea towel measures 45.5 cm wide by 71cm long
Just like all our designs, our Daisy cotton tea towel is printed and manufactured in the United Kingdom. All our William Morris designs are licensed designs, printed both size and colour wise to our own specification to best suit our products. Matching items available are pvc and cotton aprons, oven gloves, placemats and napkins.

Did you know that in Japan where our projects are sold, our tea towels are used not only for being functional but for decoration - we love that they’re framed, or laid on the table as a centrepiece to be admired or hung as a draped item to bring some nature indoors 🌿 we thought we’d do the same by using the tea towel as a centrepiece for a simple cup of tea and very delicious piece of cake! 🍰
